Jackson Ng

THE TRAINER

Jackson Ng holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia specializing in Human Resource Management. He is a Certified Professional Trainer, a qualification he earned from the International Professional Managers Association, United Kingdom. He is also a professional member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). Today, he is the founder and the principal training consultant of Mastermind Training International Sdn. Bhd.

Jackson Ng started his working life as an entrepreneur. He managed 4 successful tuition centres in Kuching between 1997 and 2004, helping thousands of students to achieve excellent academic results in the UPSR, PMR and SPM examinations. During this time, Jackson also took his first steps towards becoming a speaker and trainer, at first to students and later to adults.

To date, Jackson has conducted more than 1,000 seminars and spoken to more than 80,000 students in East and West Malaysia. He also trained the Khidmat Negara (National Service) participants and was voted the best trainer by the participants. Today, Jackson helps ordinary students to be result-oriented and all-rounded through the Top Students Transformation Programme. He also helps teachers and prefects to be more effective through the Top Educators Programme and the Prefects Leadership Programme.

Jackson Ng is a good speaker. He earned the title of The 2002 Asia Pacific Speech Champion when he represented Malaysia in the Asia Pacific Speaking Competition, one of the main events during the 52nd Junior Chamber International Asia Pacific Conference in Japan. Prior to this, he had won more than 30 speech contests at Junior Chamber International Malaysia conventions and on Toastmasters International platforms combined.

Jackson Ng is also an excellent trainer. He is always passionate to share with his participants how they can transform their lives to become more confident, to speak better, to achieve better examination results and so on.
