About Us

The Top Student Transformation Programme is a special project by Mastermind Training International Sdn. Bhd.

Mastermind was founded by Jackson Ng in Kuching, Sarawak in 2001 as an organizer and promoter of international and world-class programmes and seminars. It was registered with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) in 2003 as a training provider. In 2005, the business expanded to Kuala Lumpur and was re-registered as Mastermind Training International Sdn. Bhd.

Besides being a trainer for the corporate world, Jackson Ng is also very much involved with students. The Top Students Transformation Programme remains his favourite training programme which is run indepedently from his main training business.
